Office administration assistant - motor vehicle dealership
Location - Stanthorpe QLD
Hours - Part time
Start date - ASAP

We are a busy motor dealership looking for a part time office administration assistant. Your role will provide essential administrative and support, playing a crucial part in the smooth running of our busy automotive dealership.

What you'll be doing

*Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, filing, data entry, banking, accounts and responding to customer enquiries

*Greeting customers and helping with enquiries

*Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales documentation for vehicles and machinery

*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases

*Assisting office manager with day to day various duties as required

What we're looking for

*Experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry but not essential as all training will be provided

*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

*Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
