We have been servicing Sydney's residential, commercial and high rise scaffolding needs for over a decade. Abundantly equipped with Scaffolding equipment that is maintained and inspected on a regular basis, we have limit to capabilities when it comes to job type or size. Five Star Scaffolding is contributing to Chapter Place, a major residential development by Urban Property Group set to help shape the future of Sydney’s south-west.

The broader $1.5 billion masterplanned precinct will deliver up to 1,900 homes across multiple stages, bringing together architecturally designed terraces, apartments, build-to-rent housing and future retail and community facilities. Located close to Edmondson Park Station and Ed.Square Town Centre, the development is designed to create a connected, mixed-use community for a growing population.

The initial terrace stage features 43 three-storey homes designed by COX Architecture, combining contemporary design with practical family living.

For a development of this scale, effective access planning, safe scaffold installation and coordination with the construction team are essential to keeping works progressing efficiently.

Topping out at Blacktown.

A major milestone reached on this six-storey residential development, comprising 53 apartments in the heart of Blacktown.
Five Star Scaffolding has delivered the perimeter scaffold throughout construction, providing safe and compliant access across the building as the structure progressed floor by floor.

With the building now topping out, our scaffold has supported the project through its vertical progression — maintaining reliable access for trades and facilitating façade and external works across all six levels.

Positioned close to Blacktown Station and Westpoint, the development is part of the continued transformation of Blacktown’s growing residential precinct.

Edinglassie Stage 2 has now reached full height, marking another significant milestone for this major redevelopment by Growthbuilt.

The project is transforming the existing site, replacing outdated 1970s Independent Living Units with 147 new residences across five buildings, alongside a new clubhouse, basement parking and broader environmental upgrades.

Working within a live environment, directly adjacent to an operational aged care facility, has required careful planning and coordination throughout the build. Maintaining resident safety, continuous access and uninterrupted operations has remained a key consideration across every stage.

Our scaffold has supported the project through its construction phase, providing safe and efficient access across the five buildings. With the structure now at full height, dismantling will commence shortly as the project moves toward completion.

McQuoin Park Stage 3 is progressing well in Wahroonga, with the first tower now topped out and the final tower fast approaching.

The final phase of Catholic Healthcare’s master-planned retirement village at 35 Pacific Highway, Stage 3 will deliver 79 independent living apartments across two low-rise buildings, alongside enhanced communal spaces and improved access to natural light.
