Before you order more racking, three questions worth answering:

1. How much clear height are you not using? If there's space above your top beam you've never stored anything in, you're already paying for capacity you haven't claimed.

2. Are your beam levels set for the pallets you carry now? Beam spacing gets set once and left. If your pallet heights have changed, every level with excess clearance is wasted space multiplied across every bay.

3. Is the storage type right for the stock? Selective racking gives you access to everything and density on nothing. For high-volume, low-SKU lines there are usually denser options.

Sometimes the answer really is more racking. Often it's better use of what's there.

Many of us spend 38 hours per week (or more) sitting at our desks.

Choosing a chair that's right for you not only increases comfort, it reduces fatigue and prevents sitting-related injuries.

1. Adjustability over aesthetics: While a chair that you like the look of is a consideration, it's not what's most important. Look for a chair that's highly adjustable, allowing you to make it work for your needs. Look for adjustable seat height, armrests and lumbar support.

2. Seat depth matters: You should be able to sit back fully with 2-3 fingers of space between the seat edge and the back of your knees. Too deep, and you'll either slouch or lose lumbar contact.

3. The right kind lumbar support: There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to lumbar support. Choose a chair with vertically adjustable lumbar support to keep you comfortable for longer.
