We firstly chemical cleaned I don’t think this crankshaft had ever had an oil change lol 2 days in acid

Then we put thought magmaster 3000 crack tester passed the test

Finally in the machine AMC crank grinder and gave a fresh new life again ground A/O M.030 P.010

6.4 liter Hemi crankshaft needed some tlc passed crack test then the challenge began with straightening had to peen in the right area started with a.028 bend and ended with a.002 enough to grind mains true to the center line and ground A/O at 10/10 now ready for trial then assembly with a very happy customer.
