Frame repair on this Moots titanium bike frame. The owner wanted to fit triple rings to the crank and there wasn't the space. His 'adjustment' resulted in an ugly dent and a crack.

He found a pic of what he wanted online somewhere and sent it through to copy.

Came out pretty nice, bit nervous waving the grinder around such a small area but managed cut out the damage, cleaned it up with a burr and flap wheel, made the concave piece, cleaned everything, purged the frame and welded in the repair patch.

Header repair on this Alfa GTV. Stunning car that now sings like it should again. Number 2+3 runners snapped off as well...

Header repair on this Alfa GTV. Stunning car that now sings like it should again. Number 2+3 runners snapped off as well as the fl**ge for number 1 and the y merge lower down. Potential for further cracking down the line as it's taken a few knocks but she's back in the road again making all the noises.

Nearly at the finish line with the E36 6 pot swap. Just waiting on the EWS delete to fire it up, I didn't forget about the EWS, you did!

Rear subframe yanked out on the weekend for new wheel bearings, 6 cyl driveshafts, brakes and a full set of subframe and diff bushes. Twas a long weekend indeed, no down time or late nights here though, worked right through and even found myself at the gym a couple of mornings.

Boat Cavitation plate repair. This customer came back after leaving his boat at the boat ramp car park for an hour and found someone had decided to smash both the corners off his 2 year old parsons outboard. One corner and was under the boat, the other was missing. Used the remaining corner as a rough shape and size guide, did the rest by eye as I went. Came out ok and cheaper than a new lower leg for sure. Anode will just have to be trimmed to fit in the recess again.

Titanium oval pie cuts 😍 didn't really want to make my own pie cuts for this job, mainly to save time. Immediately had to make oval pie cuts for the primary on the front cylinder.... A lot of prep and cleaning, but they came out pretty smart. Ducati titanium system starting to come together. Can't wait to start the welding.
