A leading hard rock quarry in Queensland's Darling Downs region recently partnered with Genelite to supply a 350kVA Quarry Spec diesel generator, providing reliable power for a busy production environment.

The site operates a modern crushing and screening operation capable of producing high tonnage volumes, supported by a range of heavy equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, dump trucks, dozers and drill rigs.

A great example of how the right equipment combination can deliver a practical and reliable outcome for the end user.

Recently prepared for a customer requiring a mobile power solution, this GLG100C Cummins-powered generator was mounted onto a Stonegate Industries 12×7 Flat Top Trailer, creating a transportable package capable of delivering dependable power wherever it's needed.

Producing up to 110kVA standby power, the GLG100C is powered by the proven Cummins 6BT5.9G2 engine and configured with custom outlet arrangements to suit the customer's specific operational requirements.

By combining a heavy-duty generator package with a purpose-built trailer platform, the result is a flexible power solution that can be easily transported between locations while maintaining the reliability required for critical applications.

One of our latest projects prepared for deployment – these two GC500S generators have been mounted and secured onto a customer-supplied bolster container, modified into a custom skid base solution to support reliable synchronised power generation for an oil & gas industry application.

Configured with ComAp IG500 controllers and motorised breakers for intelligent paralleling operation, the system has been designed to provide dependable load sharing, operational flexibility, and reliable continuous power in harsh remote site conditions.

Projects like this highlight the level of customisation often required across heavy industry applications, where portability and operational reliability all play a major role in project success.

This morning, a valued repeat customer, Don from a Western Downs pastoral operation, called with an urgent issue. After extended cloud coverage reduced solar pump performance, reliable continuous backup power was needed fast.

Within just four hours, this LG10K Kubota-powered generator was ordered, pre-delivered, load tested, and ready for collection.

Built with a hot dipped galvanised base, Stamford alternator, weatherproof outlets, and capable of up to 33 hours runtime at 75% load, this unit is designed for demanding Australian conditions where reliability matters most.

This is now the fourth heavy-duty Kubota-powered generator Don has purchased for his operation, continuing to choose Kubota for their proven efficiency, durability, and dependable performance in the field.
