The Sale Sheet Metal 200 series finally got its canopy.

We've gone with a full Redarc RedVision system, with the Manager30 for 12v and 240v charging.
We have an additional Redarc BCDC1240D to add charge capacity and a 2000W Redarc inverter.
Couple this with a custom made 280AH lithium slimline battery and we have no shortage of power and recharge capability.

Since completion, the 200 has been to Dargo, Talbotville, Wonangatta and Licola for a shake down weekend.

Kings Birthday weekend we camped our family of four over 3 nights at the Tambo River, Cassilis Historic area and a bush camp new the Wentworth river.

Big shoutout to Matt and Tash from Gippsland Custom Accessories for the time and effort fitting off the 12 components.

Position: Apprentice Sheet Metal Fabricator.

We are seeking suitable candidates to help grow our business and become valued members of our small team. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic and show pride in their work.

You will learn the following skills whilst undertaking your training as well as many others.
• Cutting and folding of sheet metal and plate
• MIG welding
• TIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Fabrication and assembly of complex parts
• Light structural fabrication
• Fabrication of ute trays, toolboxes, trailers, aluminium canopies and much more.

Here is a look as some of the design and fab that goes into the new Super Duty trays.

Here we have our stainless steel custom fab filler necks for Diesel and Adblu. Once fabricated these head down to the powder coaters with the tray, to then be fitted off for a seamless, reliable and easy to fill design. Complete with lockable and breathable caps.

Flush mount lashing ring
Flush Anderson plus and 12v ACC mounted in headboard
Available with C5 push button locks or whale tail locks (as pictured)
