Continuing with the process of our local Eucalyptus. Once the vat is compressed with eucalyptus leaves the lid is raised with the help of a manual winch from the precious vat, it is then pushed over to the other vat to be sealed with mud, an important part as this mud stops the steam from escaping out of the vat. Now that the steamer has been stoked the magic of extracting the leaves with the help of water from the dam starts to take place.

Jones Eucalyptus Oil factory just out of Rushworth is a rare gem of liquid gold nestled amongst the beautiful iron bark Whroo Forest. The smell is a childhood memory for so many individuals. Photos below show a day to day running of the factory, producing the sweet smell off Blue Mallee Eucalyptus.

Hi everyone, today I formulated a De Tangler Butter. This product is a blend of butters and oils which help in preventing frizziness and smoothing down the hair strand and improving the combability of the hair. Curly and coily hair types may benefit from this product.

Organic Cleansing Oleogel. A version of a no - poo = No shampoo cleanser.
I have not received my sucrose stearate yet so I decided to use my sucragel XL.
I'm guesing with the other ingredient you would get a shampoo gel consistency. Love the colour which comes from the buriti oil. Will have another go when my other ingredients arrive. Have a wounderful long weekend everyone.

Gday everyone todays creation is an Organic Cleansing foam. I formulated the foundation first which gave me a beautiful clear liquid for my foam. I decided to experiment with the 2nd one. Star ingredients are hyaluronate, yacca extract, argan oil, and my favourite for the colour Roman Chamomile. Smells fantastic, feels good on my hair which is wavy straight. Would like the colour a little more blue and a little goes a long way. Enjoy

Hi everyone, today I created organic Shampoo bars. My first attempt gave me a beautiful rustic look. I decided to redevelope my formulation and created a beautiful light pink colour bar which is Elderberry and the dark pink is Blackcurrant. They smell awesome. Will try them out when they harden.

Today I created a Organic Conditioning Shampoo for drier hair.
Think of it as a 2 in 1 shampoo that both cleans and conditions at the same time. Star ingredients May Chang essentail oil and broccoli oil. Will try this out tonight.

My very first organic clarifying shampoo.
Eucalyptus and Tea Tree.
This shampoo helps with the cleansing of hair. The all over function is detergency while keeping the hair untangled and shiny.

Got busy this weekend formulating baby soap, shampoo and conditioner bars. Now to let set so I can trial them. Also made some sample oleogel cleansers with h**p.
