🎉 Celebrating 1️⃣2️⃣ Years of LML Lift Consultants!
So, 12 years ago, Dean and I made the bold decision to resign from our senior roles at a global elevator manufacturer. With young families and no guaranteed income, we took a leap of faith - driven by our shared belief that we could build a business together, having a different approach to what was already available.
As you could imagine the early days were pretty tough: long hours, sleepless nights, and the balancing act between work and family. But we both had fire in our bellies, the support of our families, and the conviction that we could make a meaningful difference in the industry which we love so dearly.
Today, LML Lift Consultants is proud to be Australia’s largest single-discipline Lift consultancy. Our team of industry trained specialists, or “Lifties”, bring together over 500+ years of combined 'hands-on' industry experience, which includes mechanical engineers, design practitioners, and an exceptional national administration team.
Without giving too much away, our approach is relatively simple... to deliver an exceptional level of service with our many years of technical expertise, along with some innovative solutions in order to optimise the safety, performance and longevity of Vertical Transportation equipment.
We feel that we haven't just built a business, but rather, we are proud to have such an amazing team and culture within the organisation, one of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a client-first approach.
