We want to make our customers aware of an important product support notice issued by ISC regarding the REFLEX Mechanical Hitch.
A small number of users have reported slippage during use, and ISC is actively investigating these cases.

They’ve highlighted several factors that can affect performance — including device and rope cleanliness, rope compatibility, environmental conditions, and general wear. ISC advises all users to carry out regular inspections, ensure proper maintenance, and perform pre‑use function checks.

If you experience any performance issues, please remove the device from service and contact ISC for support.

⚠️Petzl Safety Alert. ASTRO BOD FAST & ASTRO SIT FAST⚠️

User feedback alerted Petzl to premature wear of the screws on the gated ventral attachment point on ASTRO rope access harnesses manufactured before October 2023 (harnesses that were affected by the call for inspection in 2023, including CANYON GUIDE harnesses).
