Had a high reach forklift come into the shop needing some modifications done

The modification required was shorting the overhead guard so our customer could drive into pallet racking and not having to worry about hitting the guard

👨‍🏭 Late night emergency repair
Had a last-minute job come in late at night — customer was stuck trying to fix an aluminium pump himself but couldn’t get it sorted.
He gave me a call, so I headed out and got straight onto it.
The housing was pretty chewed up, but I cleaned it up, built it back up with weld, and got it sealed and usable again.
Turned it around quickly and had it back to him in time so he could get his own job done the next day đź‘Ť
That’s what it’s all about — helping people out when they’re under the pump and need it done properly.

Had two knuckle booms come in with bent rails and damaged side skirts from site abuse and wear.
The job involved fabricating and welding in new rails along with repairing the front floor on the boom lifts, and finished them off ready to go back to work safely and looking the part again.

Had a boom lift basket come in with cracked aluminium frame that needed fixing.customer needed it back out the next day for a hire and no wasn’t an answer.

These baskets take a lot of abuse, so the repair had to be strong and safe for operators to continue using them

Bit of recent work from the workshop

Had a aluminium duck lift repair. It came in with some pretty deep gouge marks, so I cleaned it up, filled it, and welded it back solid. Turned out neat and strong again.

Customer also had new equipment in and needed custom legs made for another duck lift for faster and easier mobility for his workers
