How many recesses can you get from a 230mm dual recess disc?

The 230mm disc cuts both the inner and outer rebate at the same time, removing more concrete and typically achieving around 30 recesses depending on the slab and how it’s used.

For a simpler setup, the 200mm concrete recess disc only cuts the 5mm lip required for WaterMark puddle fl**ges and can achieve 60–70 recesses per disc.

Let the diamonds cool between cuts. Heat is what wears them out.

This setup makes the process quick and precise. Centre the grinder over the pipe, grind and rotate to form the recess, check the depth, then vacuum out the excess concrete.
