Recieved these photos of a breakdown from a customer onsite about a cylinder failure on a brand new machine. Customer was rejected warranty.

Found poor tolerances and an overall a poor quality rod upon inspection.

Managed to save the piston to save the customer money and most importantly time. The rods redesign will be more reliable and stronger due to tighter tolerances, high quality material and a larger thread and spigot diameter.
