Recently, we delivered a D6N LGP to a customer who requested the machine be fitted with single bar grouser shoes in place of the existing Apex shoes.

To make this happen, we worked closely with RDW Parts, who supplied a complete set of new track shoes. The team at RDW Excavator Parts then utilised their workshop facilities to fit the new track plates to the track chains before they were returned to our Machinery division for final installation on the dozer.

From sourcing the parts through to completing the installation, the entire project was turned around in less than a week, ensuring the customer received a machine configured to their exact requirements and ready to go straight to work.

RDW Excavator Parts were honoured to welcome the NTI team and their broker partners to our facility for a Mobile Plant & Equipment (MPE) professional development day.
The day provided an opportunity to share knowledge and give guests a behind the scenes look at what goes into managing MPE incidents and repairs on a day to day basis.
Brokers were able to see for themselves the benefits of faster turn around times and reduced repair costs compared to other options; which reduces their clients premiums.
A big thank you to the NTI team and their guests for joining us, along with Barnes Auto Co and Knights Heavy Towing for being part of the day.
