Another quality project completed by the team at PIRTEK Launceston.

We recently plumbed and commissioned the felling head attachment on a brand-new TimbrePro TL755D harvester for our OEM dealer, Komatsu Forest, with the machine destined for our valued customer operating in Tasmania's forestry sector.

From hydraulic hose assemblies and tube work through to final fit out and testing, our team worked closely with Komatsu Forest to ensure the machine was ready for the demanding conditions of modern forestry operations.

As forestry equipment continues to evolve, reliable hydraulic systems are critical to maximising productivity, minimising downtime, and keeping operators working safely in the field.

When a hydraulic hose fails, every minute counts.

Today our mobile service technician responded to a breakdown on this Komatsu WA150 wheel loader, getting the machine back to work with minimal downtime.

1️⃣ Respond - Our technician attended site after receiving the breakdown call.

2️⃣ Replace - The failed hydraulic hose was removed and a new quality PIRTEK hose was manufactured and fitted on site.

3️⃣ Test - The hydraulic system was pressure tested and inspected to ensure everything was operating safely and correctly.

4️⃣ Back to Work - With the repair complete, the loader was back in operation and ready to get back to the job.
