Watch Mino being interviewed at the Bricklayer Contractors Australia (BCA) meeting 20th May 2026. For those of you that are unfamiliar with the BCA, they are dedicated to improving the quality, reliability and integrity of the Masonry (Brick and Block-laying) Industry.

The Bricklayer Contractors Australia (BCA), although an autonomous organisation, is also a special contractor group of the Master Builders Association of NSW. Master Builders’ membership fees are paid separately by BCA members. This allows advice on industrial relations matters affecting construction and advice on application of the various regulations covering the industry. In addition, up-to-date notice is given on workers compensation requirements, superannuation obligations, occupational health and safety, payroll tax and all other matters concerning the building and construction industry.

We are on the look-out for an awesome Warehouse Team Member to join us immediately!
To provide you with some background, this full-time role is Monday to Friday 630am to 5pm, with a competitive salary + superannuation. Located in the industrious suburb of Riverstone, you will be working in a brand-new modern facility with an experienced and collaborative team that is driven to succeed. This role also requires you to be physically fit as some building products will require heavy lifting.
In your new role as a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for:
• ensuring the safe loading and unloading of our products from trucks
• operate forklifts, gantry cranes and cutting machinery
• pick and pack orders with accuracy
• regular checking of stock levels and replenishing yard stock via database & email systems
• effectively contributing to maintaining a safe workplace
This role allows you to bring your skills in the following areas:
• a current forklift & gantry crane ticket, or readiness to attain both
• attention to detail and accuracy
• positivity with a desire to work in a role that offers career development
• computer and Microsoft Office competence
• the ability to work in a busy environment

We had most of our team present in the office today getting behind Jersey Day 2025. Complete Lintels Building Supplies proudly gets behind Jersey Day each year.

Jersey Day is a national initiative that encourages schools, workplaces and communities across Australia to wear their favourite sporting jerseys for a day. By doing so, we help start important conversations with family, friends and colleagues about the value of becoming an organ and tissue donor.

The campaign was inspired by 13-year-old Nathan Gremmo, whose decision to be an organ donor gave the gift of life to six others.

Jersey Day isn’t about raising money – it’s about raising awareness. It’s fun, it’s free, and by registering as an organ and tissue donor, you could one day save a life.
