Account Policy Update – Please Read
To ensure we can continue delivering reliable and timely service throughout the busy orchard and agricultural seasons, we’re updating our credit policy.
ALTHOUGH WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU DURING TOUGH ECONOMIC TIMES WE ARE NOT AN ASSUMED LINE OF CREDIT FOR YOUR BUSINESS - IF YOU NEED CREDIT, TALK TO YOUR BANK
Effective immediately:
• Customers without an approved trading account will be required to pay in full on completion of work via EFTPOS or direct bank transfer and confirmation reciept
• Special order parts paid for prior to ordering (on request)
• Machinery will not be released until payment has been received
• A deposit of progress payment may be required for large jobs
This allows us to keep our focus where it belongs — keeping your equipment running when you need it most.
Approved account holders will not be affected.
