The Tafe Glen Waverley & Moorabbin premises has recently undergone a recladding of all the facades. Recladding involves the removal of non-compliant and unsafe cladding materials and the replacement with in this instance Alfrex Solid cladding material. The projects features around 1000sqm of Alfrex Solid cladding panels in red, pure silver and orange.

The $345 million Calvary Adelaide Hospital is the largest private hospital in South Australia, located in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD. The Calvary Adelaide Hospital delivers high-quality, compassionate health care under the established national Calvary network, which has been caring for South Australians since 1900.

Designed by Silver Thomas Hanley (STH), the Calvary Hospital features about 2000sqm of Alfrex Solid pre-finished solid aluminium cladding in charcoal and classic white colour.

Calvary Health Care Calvary Hospital

The Tabcorp Park Melton is Victoria's newest and biggest sporting and community hub! The facility recently went through the process of the removal of all non-compliant cladding and the replacement with the Alfrex Solid panels. The project features about 750 sqm of the Pencil Grey Alfrex Solid cladding.

The Midtown Centre is the amalgamation of two existing 20-storey office building into one single tower by the creation of an internal cross-block connection, located right in the Brisbane City Centre.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis the new revitalisedd multi-story precinct features around 2000 sqm of custom Alfrex Solid in sharp silver kinetic pearl.

The EPPING PLAZA HOTEL is an award winning sports bar located right in the middle of Epping, As part of the states recladding program, the precinct's original combustible cladding was replaced with the Alfrex Solid Pre-finished non-cobustible solid aluminium panels. The projects featured around 500 sqm of Alfrex Solid in Sparkling Black Pearl, Red, Champagne, Bronze, Dark Grey Metallic Pearl.

Vibe Hotel Melbourne is a brand-new build that dominates the intersection of Melbourne’s iconic Flinders and Queen Streets. The views allow guests to lose themselves in the city’s famed laneways and historic arcades. This modern take on the original 1873 building creates an inviting feel on the entry while accentuating it's history.

The state of the art development features around 4000 sqm of Alfrex Solid pre-finished solid aluminium panels in bronze metallic, anthracite grey, pure silver and classic white.

The Melbourne Airport projects underwent a major recladding process with the removal of combustible materials throughout out the Short Term Carpark, Park Royal Hotels & Resorts and Terminal 2 amongst others. The non-compliant panels were replaced with roughly 12 000 sqm Alfrex Solid pre-finished non-combustible solid aluminium cladding panels in Pure Silver.

Congrats to MAZ GROUP and team for being nominated for the Marc Storti Award for Safety in the Melbourne Airport 2021 Excellence Awards and for the execellence job done.

Owned by ISPT, the Silkstone Village is a neighbourhood centre and key retail point for the nearby community. The precinct has recently been part of a set of recladding projects by Xenia Constructions Pty Ltd. This involves the removal of the exisiting non compliant ACP panels and replacement with around 400 sqm of the Alfrex Solid, non-combustible prefinished panels in classic white.

Part of the States recladding program managed by Meinhardt Group, Smith + Tracey Architects added a different touch to the Alamanda College recladding project. Perforated Alfrex Solid non-combustible pre-fiished panels was used to create a backlit grid effect that is colour changeable. Furthermore, the attractive copper penny colour panels was the ideal option for the recladding of the facade. A distinct creative touch that reflects the college's motto- Dare to wise!
