So how do you know which machine is right for the job?

Here's a quick guide:
✓ 0.8T–1.7T: Ideal for tight access, landscaping, residential work and smaller trenching jobs.
✓ 3–5.5T: A versatile all-rounder for plumbing, civil works, site prep and medium excavation projects.
✓ 8–14T: Best suited for larger civil and commercial construction, bulk earthworks, demolition and heavy-duty excavation.

The right machine comes down to site access, ground conditions, attachment needs, dig depth, material, logistics and other considerations.
