8 weeks and 2 cars! It doesn’t happen with just me! I would like to start by thanking my Mum and Dad, mum made sure everyone was feed and watered, made sure everything else was done while we worked and got these 2 sorted, Dad for the 6am wake-up’s to the 11:30 finishes. He was there in the shed every minute with me. .thomas, .que .wyatt.10485, , Nick and Saxon, thanks to you all. You all played a huge parts in giving me the opportunity to be able to take two cars to Summernats and for that I can’t thank you all enough. I hope the smile on my face tells you all how much it means to me!!
Also thanks again for the ute and the trailer and .thomas for welding the sump. Weekend would have been over before it started!!

Took the Thursday and Friday off between the holiday and the weekend to make a start on my 1936 coupe. I can’t thank Ben from enough for what we accomplished in the the 3 days we had. The car was an ex tin top speedway car. Where ever it last raced it must have been the last event of the track as the car was flipped and never righted. This meant the car was perfect for what I wanted. For as long as I can remember I have wanted a 36 3 window, they are getting super thin on the ground so settled for a 5 window. The idea of converting it to what I wanted was floated and it was the same amount of work to add the chop and conversion as it was to fix it as a 5 window. A 3” chop from the a pillar was added and away we went. I can’t express how internally excited I am about how the car looks mocked up!!
