Last week one of our incredible Product Specialists, Freeland Roe, had the pleasure of delivering and setting up this high performance Ottobock Pointer in Candy Red 🍬 😍

What makes inclusive sports and activities so important? It’s all about participation and being a part of something greater than just the individual. Being able to attend something as fantastic as Specialist Hoops Victoria gives people of all abilities a chance to interact, build confidence, teamwork and most importantly just have fun on the court 🏀

We can’t wait to come down to see them play, especially now the new Ottobock Australia Pointer is in action 🙌

Yesterday Rehab Hire & Sales partnered with Meyra Australia by Novis Healthcare to host a dedicated education session for allied health professionals on choosing the power chair that will best suit their clients’ needs.

The session was presented by Justin Boulos of Justin Boulos | Wheelchair and Seating Coach for OTs ♿ . Members of our custom rehab team, led by Andrew Richardson, attended yesterday’s session at Deakin University in Geelong.

This combined theory session, product demonstration, and case study breakdown aimed to give attendees both clinical and practical experience with power chairs and how they impact the life of your client 🦼

The presentation explored features, adjustments, and clinical applications, with an emphasis on function, positioning, pressure management, and client-
specific customisation 🙌

Through guided demonstrations including scripting and hands-on practice, therapists were able to build confidence in prescribing customised power chairs to improve safety, function, and comfort for clients with complex needs ⭐️
