Steel Tipper Rebuild 🔧
This tipper had definitely seen better days. With cracks throughout the chassis and a floor as thin as a Coke can, it was well overdue for a rebuild.
✔️ Full floor replacement using a one-piece 5mm Hardox steel sheet
✔️ New pivot pin and bushes
✔️ Cracks repaired, welded and reinforced
✔️ Bowl sandblasted and finished in 2-pack paint
Now it’s back on the road, stronger and ready for many more years of work. 💪
