RCR was proud to support Ice Hockey Western Australia - IHWA with a recent community project. Our team refurbished, blasted and repainted the IHWA goal frames, giving them a fresh new look for the season ahead.

They also happily wore the official WA State Team jerseys, which are worn during the annual national tournament. Thanks to everyone involved.

Did you know we currently have a large number of RCR assets operating across Africa? It’s incredible to see the global reach of our equipment and the impact it’s having across the region.

Our Business Development Specialist Shane Vincent recently travelled through Africa, visiting Viva Engineering and various mine sites, capturing some fantastic photos along the way. It’s great to see our team connecting with partners on the ground and strengthening relationships.

The trip included stops in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Botswana, Tanzania and South Africa, where he spent time empowering local teams with the knowledge to safely maintain and operate RCR equipment and improve long‑term reliability.

We’re proud to watch our global footprint grow and even prouder of the people behind it.

Announcing a new South West advanced manufacturing training hub!

RCR has secured $100K through the Government's RED Grants Program to establish a regional advanced manufacturing training hub in Bunbury Western Australia. Delivered with South Regional TAFE, this brings block-release training back to the South West, reducing the need for apprentices to travel to Perth.

💡 Why it matters:
- Tackles critical shortages in machinists & fitters
- Trains apprentices in a real production environment
- Supports mining, defence, rail & renewables
- Future to include training for electrical and hydraulics

📊 Real impact:
- Up to 70 students trained each year
- Significant savings for industry

This is about keeping skills, jobs and opportunity in the South West and building long-term sovereign capability connected to industry.

We were proud to sponsor RCR Reliability Engineer Juston Saetang and his team in the Rottnest Port to Pub swim on Saturday as part of the K&L Gates Corporate Cup. A big shout‑out to RCR Business Development Specialist Shane Vincent, who skippered the support boat on the day.

The team took on the 19.7 km journey from Leighton Beach to Rottnest Island, swimming in 5‑minute rotations — an incredible effort that shows their determination and teamwork.

Supporting our people and wider community is central to RCR’s values, and we actively foster a culture that champions health, wellbeing, and connection.

Here are some photos showcasing the impressive RCR Stacker built for Sharkbay Resources — a machine we designed, engineered, and assembled.

The Primero North American structural engineering team partnered with us on the design, helping ensure the stacker is perfectly balanced and built to perform in an offshore environment. The project was also supported by DIAB Engineering and OFI / Powering Innovation.

This unit is engineered to handle 1100 tonnes per hour of material. It spans 90 metres across its booms and traverses 229 metres, enabling the formation of 240,000‑tonne salt stockpiles.

Wrapping up our 50th anniversary, we brought our people and their families together for a special family day — a great reminder of the culture, connection, and commitment that make RCR what it is.
