A tattoo. A smiley patch. A promise. 💙
One wears it on his arm.
One wears it on his sensor.
Neither of them chose diabetes.
But they choose, every single day, to face it together.
This photo isn't just about a CGM or a patch. It's about a dad who wanted his child to know that they would never have to carry this journey alone. So he made a permanent reminder that every finger prick, every sensor change, every alarm, every high and every low… would be faced as a team.
Because that's what love looks like.
This Diabetes Week, we honour every child living with diabetes, every parent who lies awake listening for alarms, every sibling, grandparent, friend and supporter who quietly carries part of the load.
You are stronger than you know.
You are braver than you feel.
And you are never alone.
