OEM Group® has delivered a purpose-built Wheel Chock Trolley for a major mining operator operating in the Pilbara, addressing a key safety and manual handling challenge associated with placing and removing wheel chocks on heavy haul vehicles.

Developed in collaboration with the site team and refined by our in-house Design and Engineering specialists, the trolley features foldable handlebars to keep it out of harm’s way when not in use, large heavy-duty wheel chocks suitable for vehicles up to 150 tonnes, and lightweight aluminium construction for ease of use in demanding mine-site conditions.

Designed and fabricated through our Custom Design and Fabrication capability, the solution supports safer, more efficient operations while meeting strict mine-site safety requirements.

KTrans, a WA‑based transport and logistics company, specialising in servicing the Pilbara mining and oil & gas sectors, recently added a 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗛𝗘𝟭𝟯‑𝟮𝟬𝟬𝗣 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿 to their operation.

The petrol‑powered pressure washer now provides a reliable cleaning solution for the KTrans yard where 3 phase power was not readily available. Powered by a Honda GX270 petrol engine and delivering 3,000 PSI pressure at 13 L/min, the HE13‑200P is well suited to daily cleaning of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
