Every exchange unit undergoes a rigorous refurbishment process at our Maddington workshop. We handle the full cycle: teardown, machining, assembly and final pressure testing. This ensures that every strut meets the high-performance standards required for heavy-duty mining environments.

We’ve just taken delivery of our new Hydraulic Cylinder Nut Crusher, imported from Canada and currently being installed in our workshop.

This addition strengthens our in-house capability to disassemble hydraulic cylinders of all sizes safely and efficiently.

For our customers, that means faster turnaround on heavy equipment repairs, safer disassembly of seized or over-torqued cylinder nuts, less downtime waiting on external support, and complete control of the process under one roof.
