The P&C is a small but dedicated group of parents who meet on the last Tuesday of every month to discuss issues and ideas regarding the school and our children. The P&C’s primary purpose is to raise funds to support various projects around the school. In the past, P&C money has been spend on new playground equipment and shade sails, classroom air conditioners, new library books and financial assis

tance for excursions. Come along to a meeting, join in, have your say and be part of a great team whose only mission is to support our children and our school.

🌭 BALCATTA PS INTERSCHOOL CARNIVAL LUNCH ORDERS ARE OPEN! 🎉
The Balcatta PS P&C are serving up Sausage Sizzle Lunch Bundles for our students on Friday 18 September during the Interschool Carnival! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
🎟️ Orders are open now!
If your child is participating in the carnival, their lunch will be delivered to their carnival tent.
If your child is not participating, you can still order! Please make sure you enter their room number so we know where to deliver their lunch.
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents and families are also welcome to purchase lunch on the day, with Bean There Drank That Coffee van available too! ☕🌭

What a BIG week it was last week for the Balcatta PS P&C!

From tent set-up, lunch deliveries, ice pole handouts and running stalls, to everyone who supported us by purchasing lunches, accessories, Father’s Day gifts and treats — we couldn’t have done it without you!

It was a BIG fundraising week, and every purchase, donation, hour volunteered and bit of support makes such a difference to our kids and our school. 💙❤️
We are so grateful for our amazing school community. Thank you!

Whether you’re cheering for HUTT 💛, ODIN ❤️ or WALTERS 💚, we know you’ll show great sportsmanship, teamwork and school spirit. 🙌

A few reminders:
🥇 Faction Carnival Accessories Stall – open before school near the Assembly Area.
☕️ Coffee Van – running from 8:30am.
🧃 Small Treat stall open at recess, next to coffee van - selling juice, water, jelly, chocs etc
