Our 2026 Mid-Year Catch-Up was a ripper afternoon with a fantastic turnout from the Daltech team.

Plenty of good food, a whole lot of Swan and, most importantly, a chance for everyone to get together, have a few laughs and enjoy some time away from the office and off the tools.

For all our field crews who couldn’t make it, we raised a beer for you too. 🍻 We know the hard work you put in out in the field keeps Daltech moving, and we really appreciate everything you do, even when you can’t be there for these moments.

Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make it such a great afternoon. We appreciate the entire Daltech team and everything you do, wherever you’re working across WA.

Mark’s journey has taken him from his early days as a mechanic in the Perth Workshop, to travelling to Singapore, working on market leading green energy projects and being named Daltech’s 2024 Leader of the Year.

While we’re sad to see Mark head back home to NZ, we’re proud of everything he’s achieved during his time with Daltech and excited to see what’s next.

Chris has spent the past 5 years helping lead our Perth Workshop, driving quality, hitting deadlines and building a positive culture across the team. A huge part of what makes the workshop tick, and we’re looking forward to many more years with him.

We’d like to congratulate Chris Dolbel on 5 years of service with Daltech.

Chris was well known by some of the Daltech team. He had worked with various team members at other points throughout their careers, and there was confidence that the transition would be a valuable one to all parties.

Chris came on board as a Leading Hand in the workshop and has played a valuable role in building leadership consistency into the operation, with longevity and stability in the area. Chris has been our longest-standing Leading Hand in the business thus far.

He has also been a strong advocate for the business, referring multiple other team members and helping grow our team.

We would like to thank Chris for his support and contribution over the 5-year journey, and are looking forward to many more valuable years ahead.
