Following the successful 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 (𝗙𝗔𝗧) of a pair of 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 supplied for DRA Pacific’s pilot plant project in Saudi Arabia.

From the initial design stages, the teams at Inquip and Automation & Control worked closely with the client to deliver a solution that not only met, but improved operational goals — even as additional scope & technical complexities were introduced throughout the project.

🔸 The Inquip Design team lead the mechanical package design, incorporating innovative solutions to overcome challenging site requirements & complex weight isolation demands.

🔸 The Automation team delivered an exceptionally accurate control system that performed flawlessly during testing, exceeding measurable accuracy limits, valuable support managing the electrical scope & assisted with mechanical assembly throughout the project.

We recently delivered a custom modular conveying solution for a cattle farmer who needed a more reliable, high-capacity feeding system.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: Their existing conveyor setup couldn’t manage the required material volume, leading to frequent blockages, downtime & inefficient feed delivery.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Our team designed & built a custom short ModQuip Belt Feeder positioned beneath the client’s feed mixer outlet, paired with a longer belt conveyor, to efficiently process & transfer up to 60 tonnes per hour of mixed feed directly into delivery trucks.
