Projects include a 100+ room hotel, a high end apartment development, a 120 units SOHO apartment development, a flagship corporate office building, several private residences, a fashion boutique and a boutique cafe patisserie. SCHIN embrace challenges to respond to the client’s brief in a dynamic and creative manner. The user’s experience should be memorable and enjoyable.
