Needed a few toe jacks for a job coming up, these 2 tonne hydraulic jacks were only $40 ! All the rest was scrap material, Still need to make a proper handle for the valve but worked a treat 👌

Got a chance to make some super duplex steam sparges this week, not an easy forming job but all worked out well, these also have 8 off 2mm holes at 30 degrees on the base all around at various angles pointing towards center. Great fun doing them !! Ah ha.

Will weld on the end caps and passivated these next week, time for a beer 🍺 now !

A little ripper home project from some leftover 400 wear plate and some hollow bar. Worked a treat 👍

Some pipe bending this week to finish off, lots more sets to do next week. All 2mm seamless stainless pipe. Keeps your brain active getting these right !

A stainless steel turntable we got to make recently, 300 tooth bull gear to design for it and stiffen the whole structure to improve on the original design, biggest issue with stainless is always distortion, you gotta map out the welds and have it well clamped, even still it will move around on you, it was out about 5mm after all welding so a small spot of heat straightening to make it run true was all it needed.

Now we need to make a fixture bench out of that aluminium plate 1200x3200x40mm ! Lots of 28mm holes to be put in it !
