1985 Readymix Aluminium End Tipper

Designed by the late Sam De Filippis, this 1985 aluminium tipper represents an important piece of Australian transport history.

Fully fabricated using pressed aluminium metal, with no extrusions, it was a unique design built with strength, simplicity and durability in mind.

Sadly, Sam never had the opportunity to see the first one roll off the lot, but four decades later, some of these original tippers are still out there working hard.

A testament to the quality of the design, craftsmanship and engineering that went into them.
