Every tonne of material starts its journey on the ROM pad. From there, the loader becomes the link between the mine and the processing plant, feeding material into the primary crusher and setting the pace for everything that follows.
The primary crusher is designed to take large run-of-mine rock and reduce it to a size that can be moved efficiently through the rest of the plant. When the feed arrangement is right, the plant can operate more consistently, helping downstream conveyors, screens, bins and crushing stages perform as intended.
This is where the value of a complete MAX Plant mineral processing solution becomes clear. The ROM pad, feed arrangement, hopper, primary crusher, conveyors and downstream equipment are all part of the same system. Each component has a role, but it is the way they work together that drives plant performance.
Good plant design is not just about the crusher. It is about understanding the entire material flow from the moment the loader picks up material on the ROM pad through to the next stage of processing.
MAX Plant designs, manufactures and supplies complete mineral processing solutions that connect every stage of the process into one practical, efficient system.
