It has been an extremely emotional week for not only myself and Kylie but also my family and staff.
I have only just tonight read through the comments and reactions from our end of business post last Tuesday.
We are blown away by the amazing messages of care and support.

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce today Sydney Suspension has closed its doors permanently.

This has been an incredibly difficult time all of us but
Unfortunately, we were no longer able to continue with the running costs of the business.

On behalf of myself, Kylie, and our wonderful staff, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our staff, family, friends and our loyal customers who have supported us over the years. Your trust, loyalty, and the relationships we’ve built with you have meant more to us than words can express.

Who is servicing you car? How well are they actually carrying out the service?
This is an image of a cabin filter, a filter that we are regularly finding has been missed during routine vehicle servicing by other workshops. It lives up under the dash and can be difficult to reach, but that doesn’t mean you just skip that part of the service.

So we are nearly at the finish line for 2025.
We would like to say a big thank you to all of our amazing customers, suppliers and associates for all the loyalty and support throughout the year.

We would also like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the team here at Sydney Suspension & Autocare.

Please note: We will be closing at 12pm On Wednesday the 24th of December and returning at 7am on the 5th of January.
