The company was originally created in Nhulunbuy, to ensure that the development of North East Arnhem Land’s resources is shared and add value to the lives of all Yolngu people of the region.

Environmental
The environmental section provides a wide range of multi-skilled operators undertaking miscellaneous tasks and environmental rehabilitation services, which unite traditional knowledge, modern science and technical knowledge.
Land Management
We conduct land management consultation and implementation on w**d mapping and surveying, pest management and controls, flora and fauna surveying and reports as well as bush fire management. We have a deep affinity to the land and have a strong commitment to the environment, we have a trained crew that assists with keeping the Top End well looked after for the sustainable future and will help fulfill the goals of land care
Irrigation Services
YBE place value on keeping irrigation systems properly functioning for our customers. We want them to look out their windows and see a green healthy lawn all season long, and a properly functioning irrigation system is essential to achieving the goal.
We offer irrigation maintenance with our full-service landscape maintenance packages for homeowners, associations and commercial properties. These services typically include seasonal startup, seasonal site checks and repairs. We also offer assessments of existing irrigation systems to determine where there may be watering window inefficiencies or wasted water.
Our own in-house irrigation crews work exclusively with addressing any irrigation issue that may arise for our customers. Our irrigation staff are experienced at diagnosing problems, reworking aging systems and implementing new technologies like weather based (smart) controllers into existing efficiently and responsibly irrigate your property.
Grounds Maintenance
YBE mowing services are typically provided on a weekly basis during the active growing season, our trained staff focuses on the details like straight eye-catching mowing stripes and evenly trimmed curbs. We employ dedicated mowing crews that aren’t distracted by w**ding or shrub trimming. We strive to keep a regular schedule so or customers know when their property will be mowed. Our mowing service also includes seasonal clean up when leaves are blown out of landscape beds and accumulated leaves are removed from lawns and composted off site.

YBE have refined the trimming process to be timely, effective and efficient. Tree and shrub trimming are completed when seasonally appropriate by our horticulturist trained staff. As with our other divisions, these crews specialize in trimming and understand how and why they use certain timing and trimming methods on the variety of shrubs and trees they encounter across the Northern Territory.
