Another solid week in the books at Vertech!

A huge congratulations to everyone who took on assessment day today. After a week of hard work, problem solving, perseverance, and a few sore muscles, it’s always rewarding to see candidates walk away with a new ticket and a fresh level of confidence.
Plenty of learning, plenty of laughs, and to top it off — a BBQ to keep the crew running strong.

Trainer Spotlight🔦🧗🏻‍♂️

Meet the two legends behind the ropes at Vertech Training.

Dan Dubicki – our Training Centre Manager with 16 years in rope access (13 years city based and nearly 3 years training). Dan’s day one advice? “Develop a plan, check the equipment required and get to work.” Simple, practical advice that sets the tone for every course.

Rob Lucking – IRATA Instructor with 7 years in the industry, splitting his time between site work and city projects before moving into training. Rob keeps things smooth in the training centre with his go-to saying: “Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.”

Between them, they’ve seen just about everything in rope access and are here to make sure every trainee leaves confident, competent and ready for the real world.

And if you hear Dan say “It’s better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it” during your course… just know you’re in good hands.
