More than happy to help WF Industries out with this one. Given a tight deadline, insufficient fab detail and areas of design that simply didn't work, the guys were up against it from the start. I was able to offer design support during fabrication with drawings being supplied on the go, staying 1 step ahead of fabrication, sometimes half a step. Not too many places could have delivered this project on time with the challenges faced. Well done to the guys at WF Industries for delivering another quality project safely and on schedule.

When clients need smaller jobs completed like creating DXF files for platework to be nested and profile cut. I am more than happy to help. Like these dump truck tub wear liners shown here. They are not big money makers for myself, but the files are necessary for efficient operation of many fabrication businesses to be able to utilise their CNC profile cutting equipment.

I recently completed a design for a suction pump arrangements. These projects are unique in their environmental requirements. The visible pipework is in fact structural in nature and houses poly pipe and a self cleaning fish screen. From the think tank of Arnold Precision Drafting and Burtin Pty Ltd. This one is a little unique in the way it is installed. This beam will be used for maintenance lifting at a cotton farm during shutdowns. The beam needs to be easily removable without exposure to high risk working at heights task and long down time scaffold installation. This one is for an ongoing project with a lot of moving parts and often goal posts. Mine water recycle and transfer pumps for a mine construction near Cobar. I really enjoyed working this one out and modelling it up. Some more tweaks to come to work within AS Built works.

3D scanning at Peak Gold Near Cobar. I completed scans of the ball mill area and reclaim tunnels. These scans will be integral to future project planning and design.

Another one completed late 2024.

Bogger Tow Adaptor for and underground project at Lake Cowal Gold. Hort Constructions are undertaking this work and have identified the current process as hazardous. This adaptor will make this a much safer project to complete. Thumbs up to the boys at Hort Constructions for not settling for unsafe practices.
