As of the 1st of December 2022 Wizard Mechanical will be taking over our business that John and I built from scratch.
The good news is Cameron Crombie who was our apprentice that John trained is coming back to manage the workshop.
We know that Cameron will give the same dedication, friendly and helpful advice with his fresh enthusiasm for the industry.
John and I want to thank all our customers for your continued support over the last 24 years and hope that you will continue to support Cameron and his team.
I want to also thank everyone that supported me thru our business supporting the charity work I did for the community of Orange.
John would like to say " SEE YA, I'm going fishing"
Id like to say " Change is as good as a holiday and a new chapter starts for me next year"

8 Weeks 5 days til Xmas
Don't leave your registrations and servicing till the last minute these holidays. You can get a rego check done up to 6 months before rego is due, so no excuses to leave till last minute. One thing our workshop hates is knocking someone back for registration that is due on the day or overdue. Stressful for you the customers. The NSW Govt App is a great way to check when your registrations are due and to set up reminders.

Hey everyone
I need to update you all on what's happening next week.
So Orange is in Lockdown and it hasn't affected us before in our industry but we have been smashed with work since Covid rared its ugly head.
Thank you..
But...
John is exhausted
Originally holidays for us are about 2nd last week of September
But due to the risk today with Covid in our sewage in Orange
We have decided Tuesday we will shut the doors for a bit. It's too risky for John to continue to work with his prostrate cancer and low immunity and for me with my lungs from working with asbestos and pub industry.
We are just going to not open Tuesday and go from there with a re open date
I'll have the work phone diverted to my mobile so please don't hesitate to ring if you have a problem with your car we can sort it for you
Don't worry if your car service goes over a few 1000 kms all is good
If it's a rego.. All good I can direct you to get this done.
John will contact those he has already had discussion with.....

RATS
Today we had 9 cars in for servicing
1 of those cars were out of town on land
8 of those had rat poo wee and destruction
Those 8 were in town
Rats got thru the firewall to get into the heater box to chew on this filter
Don't park your cars near rubbish bins or drains in town
Rats are worse than mice at the moment in O town
