WORKSHOP MANAGER
We are hiring! We are looking for a workshop manager at our Oakey site. Metis Machinery build farm equipment and we are looking for a hands on workshop manager to join our team.
Duties will include:
-Managing the production of incoming orders and co-ordinating work flows
-Setting up SOP's (Standard operating procudures)
-Ordering and managing of components for machines
-Managing staff productivity and job allocation
-Quality Assurance
-Hands on building of machines
-Managing preventative maintenance programs
-Managing OH&S procedures and principles
Here at Metis we are a close knit team, and we are looking for someone who not only can fulfil the above requirements, but also share the drive and enthusiasm we all have for our brand watching it grow.
While it is essential that you have both hands on and management experience, it's also important you are the right fit for us... and us for you!
