Nice little job from last weekend, customer brang me their car trailer which had started to rip the material on the winch post

We cut the old material out and replaced it, then also installed a secondary cross beam and brace strengthening the winch post up and spreading the load when in use.

This way he shouldn’t ever have the same problem again and have many more years of use out of his car trailer.

I havnt really posted much/at all in the last 6 or so months due to a shutdown at my full time job but I’m slowly starting to get back into it so here’s something that was completely new for me.

Folded up these semi round guards including maintenance access points for an old Komatsu bull dozer to replace the originals which had done their fair share of work in their time and taken a beating.

Used the originals to get my measurements from and work out location of bolt holes etc and went to work.

Looking back I realised I never posted finished photos of this 79 series land cruiser tray we built a little while back, loved building this thing and in our opinion it came out looking super tidy, what do you guys think?

Lately we have been playing with a heap of new designs and concepts and adjusting the way we approach our builds.

In particular we have started to use laser cutting to help take our products to another level and how good do these parts look!

As we move forward we will continue to expand our knowledge base, build our skills up and expand what we can offer branching out into other products.

The journey continues and learning never stops as we strive to offer the best products possible and expand our capabilities.

Can’t wait to show you guys this build when it’s finished 🙌🏻

One of our original tray builds and most loyal customers spent some time recently putting our products to the test over in Tasmania.

He came to us last minute and asked if we could make it happen in time for him to go on his trip and we got it done, adding a rear ladder rack, spare wheel mount, 2 x Jerry can holders and mounting his rooftop tent.

How good does his entire setup and build look, this Ute is unreal 🔥

Todays test fitting day was brutal in the heat but stoked to get this thing on and see it all coming to life, gonna be epic once it’s finished and a few more pieces come together 🔥🥵
