Would you like to build boats in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia?

Innovation Composites is a growing boat-building and composites business based on the spectacular NSW South Coast, near Jervis Bay.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Composites Boat Builders to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade while contributing to a range of exciting marine and composite projects.

What you’ll be doing

You will develop skills across all aspects of modern composite manufacturing, including:

- Composite fabrication using fibreglass, carbon fibre and other materials
- Vacuum bagging and resin infusion including prepreg
- Mould preparation and laminating
- Fairing, sanding and finishing
- Structural composite work
- Boat fit-out and assembly
- Repairs, modifications and maintenance
- Working alongside experienced boat builders on high-quality marine projects

No previous boat-building experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.

**We are looking for experienced Composite/Fibreglass Laminators and Boat Builders to join our team.**

We are a growing business looking for reliable, skilled people who take pride in producing quality work.

* Fibreglass/composite laminating
* Wet lay-up and resin work
* Vacuum infusion
* Mould preparation and production
* Trimming and finishing
* Fairing and sanding
* Composite fabrication
* Fibreglass boat building and fit-out
* Reading drawings and working from specifications

**Marine/boat-building experience is highly regarded**, although experienced composite laminators from other industries are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for CNC operator to do night shift at our South Npwra factory. You need to be fit and strong enough to lift sheets of 32 mm MDF and be smart enough to at get up to speed on the CNC machine . You also need to be saftey consious.
