Today, forged wheels are everywhere, including many budget-friendly options from China and Thailand. Most are designed entirely on computers: a few nice curves, a basic simulation, and a pretty CAD render. Thatโs usually as far as it goes.

That data is then fed directly into Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to digitally model how every spoke, hub pad, and rim fl**ge behaves under the brutal stress of motorsport.
RAYS engineers use actual telemetry and strain-gauge data from:
