If you’re watching live tennis in Queensland’s at Tennyson, you will probably walk past this building.

We’re proud to have delivered both structural and civil engineering services for the Brisbane City Council South Regional Business Centre at Yeerongpilly — a $20M mixed-use development.

This five-level facility features:
• A basement car park
• Ground-floor retail and commercial tenancies
• Two upper floors of commercial office space
• A rooftop plant room

Our structural team engineered an efficient column and slab layout to accommodate diverse tenancy requirements and building services, while our civil engineers delivered integrated stormwater and siteworks solutions tailored to the urban infill context.

With 38 years of experience, McVeigh Consultants continues to bring practical innovation to technically complex projects, ensuring performance, value, and longevity in every design.

Following the successful completion of Oxley with it’s a good time to reflect on the journey we’ve shared with across multiple locations in Queensland.

From Oxley through to the Sunshine Coast, where our team continues to deliver ongoing structural inspections, McVeigh has been proud to contribute our integrated design and engineering expertise to one of Australia’s most recognisable brands.
