We are on the lookout for superstar casual counter sales person

Job

Welcome every customer, build rapport, and deliver great service.
Process sales, quotes, customer orders, exchanges using our POS with accuracy.
Assist with putting stock away & merchandising.
Follow cash‑handling, security and loss‑prevention procedures.
Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock.
Cleaning (always dust & dirt in the Pilbara)

About you

Customer-obsessed with clear, confident communication.
A quick learner who stays calm when it's busy.
Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable with tech (POS, email, basic inventory systems).
Physically able to be on your feet and occasionally lift/carry boxes.
Availability, can work around your child’s school hours if required, would be required to also work weekend shifts
Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)

Home Hardware Newman is seeking a reliable and motivated Stock Replenisher / Retail Assistant to join our team. This is a casual position

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing friendly, helpful customer service
• Assisting customers with hardware, tools, and products
• Operating the register and handling transactions accurately
• Stock replenishment and general store presentation
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Available to work weekends

About You:
• Attention to detail is a must, computer literate
• Previous retail or hardware experience preferred (but not essential)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with stock handling
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Willing to learn and take initiative
