CNC router thread milling in 6061 T6, Using Hangsterfers OZONIC 203 for lubrication.

Thread mill is a CM Tec 3 in 1 Thread mill chamfer tool in a Fahrion tool holder.

OZONIC 203 is a Non-Toxic & Non Hazardous evaporation misting lubricant and cleaning solvent engineered primarily for the aerospace, medical, and metal-forming industries

OZONIC 203 Does not affect secondary process such as painting and powder coating.
