RT Butler Electrical is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a qualified A-Grade Electrician to join our ripper team in Nathalia.

We’ve been proudly servicing the local community for over 30 years, delivering quality electrical work across new builds, renos and small commercial projects. We take pride in doing the job properly — and looking after our people while we’re at it.

The Role

We’re after an A-Grade Electrician (any experience level welcome) to work alongside our two experienced sparkies and three apprentices.

You’ll be hands-on across residential and light commercial jobs, mentor apprentices, and be part of a business that’s expanding — with real opportunities to grow if that’s what you’re chasing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Electrical installs, repairs & maintenance
✔ Working alongside builders and other trades
✔ Keeping worksites tidy and respectful of clients’ homes
✔ Communicating clearly with customers
✔ Supporting and mentoring apprentices
✔ Delivering top-quality workmanship every time

What You’ll Need:

- A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Scissor lift ticket (or willing to get one)
- Residential experience preferred
- Good attitude, solid work ethic & strong people skills

RT Butler Electrical are currently seeking a skilled and experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our dynamic team.

👉🏻 Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical in residential, commercial and industrial settings.

• Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure electrical systems comply with relevant standards and regulations.

•Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical issues.

• Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including job reports and safety documentation.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

• Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice and solutions.

👉🏻 Qualifications and Experience

• Certification: Victorian A Grade Electrician Licence.
