The recipients of the 2026 Australia Day Awards will be announced as part of the Australia Day Community Breakfast, where all nominees will also be formally acknowledged.

Community members are warmly invited to attend the Australia Day Community Breakfast and be part of this celebration.

We had such a great Saturday morning supporting the Wheatbelt Strength & Conditioning Winter Games! Huge congratulations to all the winners and participants—it was an incredibly well-run event.
If you’ve been thinking about joining a class or stepping into a gym for the first time, we can’t recommend Kate and the team enough. Their supportive and welcoming environment is why not only we, but even our staff, love training there!

As a dedicated member of the Narrogin Chamber of Commerce committee, Peter Harper brings quiet strength, consistency, and a deep belief in the value of local business.

He joined the Chamber to offer more assistance to the local business community, recognising that even small actions can lead to big outcomes when it comes to supporting growth and sustainability in the region.

For Peter, the best part of doing business in Narrogin is being able to invest back into the community that’s given him so much. He sees the Chamber as an essential hub of resources and support—especially for small businesses trying to stay viable in an ever-changing landscape.

Something you might not know? Peter is just as passionate about volunteering as he is about business. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him out on a fire ground as part of the volunteer fire and rescue and bush fire brigades—giving his time to serve and protect his community.

With a keen interest in supporting young and fresh business ideas, Peter is always up for a conversation about what’s next for Narrogin. His approach is practical, grounded, and driven by a genuine desire to see others succeed.
