Today, our team gathered to recognise R U OK? Day and reinforce the importance of staying connected.

This year’s theme ‘Ask R U OK? Any Day’, reminds us to make checking in a regular habit. Taking the time to reach out helps strengthen connections and foster a more supportive culture.

At DIAB, looking out for one another is part of who we are. Whether it’s a chat over lunch or a quick phone call, every conversation is an opportunity to show care and support for the people around us.
