🔧 WE'RE HIRING – Assistant Store Manager (Full Time) 🔧
📍 Drews Workshop Supplies, Naracoorte
💰 $62,000–$70,000 + super, depending on experience
🗓️ No Sundays, no late nights – only rostered Saturday mornings

For 45 years, our family-owned business has kept Naracoorte's tradespeople, farmers and locals supplied with quality tools, parts and specialised services. Now we're looking for an experienced, hands-on retail professional to join our team.

Working alongside management and our team, you'll look after stock, keep an eye on sales, and make sure every customer gets great service and sound product advice. You'll get full support and product training from people who know the business inside out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
✔️ Work with management on daily store operations, and take the lead when they're away
✔️ Look after stock – inventory reports, stock checks and supplier ordering
✔️ Review sales reports and help put improvements into action
✔️ Help develop and carry out sales ideas to grow the business
✔️ Support, coach and guide team members, including merchandising and store presentation
✔️ Serve customers in store and online, and resolve customer queries

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
✔️ Retail management or supervisory experience
✔️ Confidence with POS and inventory systems
✔️ Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills
✔️ Basic hardware know-how (printers, scanners, internet troubleshooting)
✔️ A genuine interest in tools, trades and technical products
✔️ Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
✔️ A retail management qualification is a bonus, but not essential

WHAT WE OFFER
⭐ $62,000–$70,000 + super
⭐ Work-life balance – Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, plus rostered Saturday mornings 9:00–11:30am
⭐ A friendly, supportive family business
⭐ Product training and ongoing development
