To finish off the week a callout for the team Atb Haulage.

With the Truck due to leave in a about 1.5hrs we wasted no time to get it done and the road.

Wasn't the most complex of repairs but welding on these aluminium tipper bodies you do have to take a bit of time to clean the weld area as best you can due to the containments of dirt/soil etc.. that does soak into the material.

This ensure you are going to get much better pe*******on which means a stronger durable weld (Well as much as it can be for aluminium 😅)

Truck back on the road for there deadline good to go.
While we were there carried out couple of other minor repairs on one of there tipper trailers.

Repair lug on a Avant log grab. Working in again with the team Ben's Fabrication and Welding.
While the crew were flat out on some big projects we got the call to come assist with a repair on this Avant log grab.
Bit fiddly and had to make sure to take our time in ensuring all hoses/cab and wiring were covered to reduce the risk of damaging any of the equipment.
And safe to say all repaired no worries 👉

China at it again 🤣

Repair job done on this 1.8tonne excavator.

Don't get me wrong what he paid for this machine with all the attachments and only for use around his house its pretty damn good. But you do get what you pay for..

Received a call to come check out the issue with the track motor brackets bent due to the heat of the motors and tracks kept riding off.
We decided to fabricate new brackets and fit onsite, as trying to bend back straight would lead to cracking and weakening the steel even more.

But all in all was a success and a very happy customer as he had this machine up on blocks for a good couple of months and now ready to backyard blitz again.
